IMFUNGURWA Z'UMURWAYI AGENDANA INDWARA Y'IGISUKARI*

3. *IVYAMWA BIREKUWE*:

Ivoka, inazi, pome, ipapaye itukura, imyembe, indimu.

4. *Ibinyobwa BIREKUWE*:

Ikinyobwa wihinguriye mw'ivoka, amata y'inazi, indimu,pome, pasteke, concombre, gingembre, ... Amata ya soya, amazi, amazi arimwo indimu, umutobe w'indumu, icayi gikozwe muri thym, romarin, igisuru, amababi ya moringa, icayicayi(nta sukari canke ubuki bijamwo)....

5. *Amavuta yofungura*:

Amavuta ya elayo, y'ibihoke, y'ibiyoba, ya sesame iyo yahinguwe neza, ayingano zimejeje hamwe n'amavuta ya lin zitononekaye.
